Losing stings, but it’s the fastest way to grow. This week, I made it to finals but lost to my rival. Here’s what I’m taking away:

1. Always check your evidence...twice.
2. Confidence matters as much as facts.
3. Support from your team is everything (thanks, Katie and Dad!)
4. Take notes—even if you think you’ll remember.
5. Celebrate effort, not just wins.
